[ Performance Features ]

This product is a non‑hydrolyzable polyether‑modified silicone oil that exhibits excellent compatibility with polyurethane resins. It reduces the surface tension of polyurethane resins and diminishes intermolecular cohesion, facilitating the diffusion of dimethylformamide trapped within the polymer chains. This promotes efficient water–dimethylformamide exchange and enables precise control over cell size and uniformity.

[ Purpose ]

1. Used in microfiber synthetic leather slurries to improve leveling and regulate cell structure.

2. A w/o-type emulsifier with excellent performance.

3. Other applications that are not yet covered and those under development.

[ Usage and Dosage ]

1. The recommended addition level in microfiber leather is 0.1–1%.
2. When used as an emulsifier or additive, it is recommended to add 0.5–3% to the formulation; it can be synergistically combined with a variety of surfactants. When formulating defoamers, it may be used alone in non-aqueous systems or, after emulsification, in aqueous systems.

3. When used in ink and coating systems, add at a dosage of 0.1% to 0.5%; it can be added directly.

[ Precautions ] 

The container may contain internal pressure; do not open it suddenly—release the pressure slowly before removing the lid. Do not aim the container at personnel, electrical equipment, or sources of ignition. Do not mix with strong acids or strong alkaline substances. Use adequate ventilation and exhaust systems; avoid eye contact; do not ingest. Implement proper industrial hygiene practices, and wash thoroughly after handling. 。

[ Packaging and Storage & Transportation ]

1. Packaging: This product is packaged in 50 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, and IBCs.

2. Storage ： Protect from direct sunlight and store in an environment below 35°C; store separately, away from oxidizers and other chemical products; store in a well-ventilated area.

3. Transportation: This product shall be transported as a non-hazardous material.
