Performance characteristics
Polyether modified silicone oil is a kind of silicone nonionic surfactant with unique properties, which is made by grafting polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. When making products, various silicone surfactants with different properties can be obtained by modifying the chain number of silicone oil or changing the ratio of polyether Eo and Po and changing the chain number and end groups to meet the needs of various industries. Compared with traditional surfactants, silicone surfactants have the following characteristics:
1. Low surface tension.
2, good soft properties and antistatic properties.
3, good viscosity reduction and leveling, suitable for a variety of resin (polyurethane resin, paint resin, plastic resin, etc.) added, can be very good to improve the intermolecular stress of these resins, to overcome the shortcomings of the resin itself, to obtain new performance.
4, good lubricity, suitable for the production of high-grade cutting fluid.
Good demulsification, suitable for oil-water separation in some specific occasions.
In addition, compared with polydimethylsiloxane, the present material is miscible with water in any ratio, miscible with polar organic solvents such as alcohols, DMF, ethers, esters, etc., and partially or completely miscible with non-polar solvents such as toluene and alkanes. Use　　

1, soft properties and anti-static properties used as a fabric finishing agent, softener, can give the fabric hydrophilic, sweat absorption and anti-static.

2. Adding a small amount of this product to hair care products can give hair luster, easy combing, smooth, anti-static, and also give good touch. Can also be used for hand sanitizer, shower gel, gel water, skin care products, transparent shampoo, facial cleanser and other daily chemical products.

3, for water-based coatings, can give the coating leveling and slip. For car care, it is an ideal additive for car wax.

4. As a resin modifier, it improves the fluidity of the resin when it is melted, improves the lubricity between the metal and the plastic, and greatly improves the extrudability of the plastic.

5, polyurethane industry as a leveling agent, foam agent, paint and ink additives.

6. Used for paper such as notice stickers, notepads, business stickers, random stickers, N times anti-sticking treatment and leather surface treatment.

Usage and dosage
1. When used as a leveling agent, the addition amount of the system is 0.1-1%, and when used as a softener, the content in the padding liquid or impregnation liquid is 1-5%;
2. When used as a cosmetic additive, the dosage in the system is 2.5 ~ 5%;
3. For other applications, the addition amount should be selected between 0.1 and 10% or determined through pioneer experiments.

Precautions
High temperature or mixed with acid and alkali substances and storage period is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity and even cross-linking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg ton barrel or plastic barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
