Performance characteristics
DM-MSD2021R hydrogen-containing silicone oil emulsion, chemical name is methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil emulsion, molecular formula is:
(CH3)3SiO[(CH3)HSiO]n(CH3)3
In addition to the performance of dimethyl silicone oil emulsion, but also because of its molecular structure contains active SI-H bonds, can participate in a variety of chemical reactions, can be cross-linked at low temperature, with good film-forming and waterproof effect.

Use
1. The biggest advantage of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil is its good waterproof effect. Under the action of metal salt catalysts, it can be crosslinked at low temperature and form a waterproof membrane on the surface of various substances. It can be used as a waterproof treatment agent for fabrics, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, cosmetics (lipstick, etc.), metals, cement, marble and other materials.
2, the main raw material of the hydrosilylation reaction, can be further synthesized a variety of modified silicone oil and as a crosslinking agent of the addition type silicone rubber.

Usage and dosage
Depending on the specific application object and application environment, it can be used by daub or diluted with water.

Precautions
The emulsified silicone oil made of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, because it contains active hydrogen, is not very stable and should not be stored for a long time. It is best to use it now. If its pH value is adjusted to about 4~6, or some acetaldehyde can be added to increase its stability. The storage period of emulsion products is generally not more than 3 months.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrels or 200kg barrels.
Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or in the environment below 30 ℃ storage; should be stored separately, away from oxides and other chemical products; should be stored in ventilation.
Transportation: storage and transportation as non-dangerous goods.
