Performance characteristics
This product is a compound of dimethyl silicone oil and defoaming active agent through physical and chemical methods. It is the most important basic raw material for processing oily defoaming agent and water-based defoaming agent. Compared with dimethyl silicone oil, the defoaming and anti-foaming properties are greatly improved.

Use
1, oily environment such as ink, paint, pu slurry, lubricating oil, oil processing and other fields of defoaming agent.
2, suitable emulsifier compound emulsification can be processed into water emulsion type defoamer, widely used in oil field drilling, cleaning processing, printing and dyeing, sewage treatment, papermaking and other industries defoaming.
3, other unfinished and to be developed defoaming areas.

Usage and dosage
After compounding it with a solvent or an oil-soluble surfactant, the addition amount for defoaming is 10-1000ppm of the foaming system based on 203 silicone oil, and the specific amount is self-adjusted by the user within the above range depending on the specific use.

Precautions
When using this product, if there is sediment at the bottom, it should be mixed evenly during processing and reuse, without affecting the use effect. The reason for this phenomenon is due to the long storage period.

Packaging, storage and transportation
Packaging: 50kg plastic drum or 200kg drum packaging.
Storage: should be sealed in a cool and dry place, avoid contact with acid and alkali.
Transportation: This is stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.
