Performance characteristics
This product is a high-efficiency defoamer in the form of water emulsion synthesized by a special process of polymethyl siloxane. It has a strong anti-foam effect, rapid anti-foam, and durable anti-foam. Due to the special chemical properties of polysiloxane, this product is not only suitable for defoaming at room temperature, but also suitable for defoaming at high temperature and low temperature. It is non-toxic and tasteless, and will not cause any pollution to the environment. When using this product, the amount of defoaming is small and the use cost is low. Suitable for water phase and polar solvent phase (such as dimethylformamide, methanol, ethanol, etc.).

Use
The foam formed in the water system should be defoamed with this product, such as: drilling mud defoaming; printing and dyeing, washing, papermaking, water treatment process of defoaming; biological fermentation process of defoaming; metal cleaning agents, cutting fluid defoaming, etc., as well as the production of low foam, no foam washing powder in the daily chemical industry. Usage and dosage
Before using this product in the defoaming system, the defoamer should be added to 5-6 times water dilution, and then use, the dispersion effect is better. The specific operation method is as follows: first add 1 times the amount of water into the defoamer, and then quickly stir evenly (no lumps shall prevail); Add 1 times the amount of water to quickly stir evenly (no lumps), repeat the operation three times (that is, add three times the amount of water), stir evenly, add the remaining water at one time, and then stir evenly until there is no lumps. When in use, add the diluent according to about three ten thousandth of the foaming system to defoam.

Precautions
When adding water to disperse the defoamer original paste, too much water at one time will form lumps that are not easy to disperse. Therefore, the method of adding water in batches and adding less water each time should be adopted to keep the system evenly dispersed in a state of high relative viscosity (if 50 hot water is used for dispersion effect is better). The defoamer dispersion thus prepared can be quickly dispersed in the foaming system and play the role of rapid defoaming. Because the foaming medium of various systems is different, the foaming reasons are various and complicated, so although this product has a wide adaptability, it is impossible to apply to any kind of foaming system. Therefore, after the user does a small sample experiment, determine whether this product is suitable for your product defoaming.

Packaging and storage
Packing: This product is packed in 50kg and 200kg barrels.
Storage: storage at room temperature, the temperature can not be lower than 0 ℃, so as not to make the product due to freezing and demulsification failure. Storage period of 6 months, after the inspection of no precipitation, no floating oil can still be used.
