N3231/3231H is a modified silicone material dedicated to the release of polyurethane elastomer products. This product has good smoothness, isolation, high and low temperature resistance, no corrosion to the mold, convenient demoulding, many times, good effect; high dilution ratio, low use cost.

1. It is used for the demoulding of PU casting elastomer.

Usage and dosage
This product is used for polyurethane elastomer demoulding, first add dichloromethane (or toluene, xylene, gasoline, 120# solvent oil and other organic solvents) dilution, and then the diluted product evenly spray or brush on the mold can be. The dilution ratio varies depending on the material, size, processing temperature, technical requirements, process conditions, etc. of the processed polyurethane products, generally 20-30 times, which should be determined after the test.

Precautions
Avoid frequent contact with moisture in the air during use. Due to contact with moisture in the air, hydrolysis reactions will occur, eventually leading to cross-linking of the product. Therefore, this product is filled with dry nitrogen protection when leaving the factory. It is recommended that users open the package and use it up once as much as possible.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 25kg,50kg plastic barrels;
Storage: This product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid frequent contact with moisture in the air;
Transportation: non-toxic and non-dangerous goods shall be stored and transported.
