Performance characteristics
This product is a colorless and transparent new synthetic polymer material, with special smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity, good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance. High flash point, low freezing point, can be used for a long time at -50 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, low viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compression rate, low surface tension, good water repellency and moisture resistance, and small specific thermal conductivity.

Usage and dosage
Depending on the specific application object and application environment, when used as a release agent, it is diluted to 2-5% with solvent oil and sprayed onto the mold. For lubrication, it can be directly dropped, and the dosage ranges from several PPM to 100%.

Precautions
Contact with high concentration of strong acid or alkali substances and Lewis acid has the tendency of degradation and volatilization, the higher the temperature, the more obvious the reaction. There is a tendency for the viscosity to become high up to cross-linking when a strong acid or a strong base is brought into contact with it at a low concentration or under the action of a high temperature for a long time.
