Performance characteristics
This product is a three-component silicone waterproofing agent, in which A, B component is the active silicone polymer aqueous emulsion, C component is the catalyst. This product has the characteristics of water-based environmental protection, safe and non-toxic, waterproof coating resistant to high and low temperature, aging resistance, good waterproof effect, wide adaptation, transparent coating, flexible, anti-sticking and anti-fouling. It is a kind of high-grade waterproofing agent with good comprehensive effect.

Use
1, used in the textile industry canvas, umbrella cloth, ski clothing and other waterproof.
2, used in building materials industry such as cement mortar exterior wall, rock wool, gypsum board, calcium silicate board, cement bridge, stone, cement pavement waterproof treatment.
3, other unfinished and to be developed applications.

Usage and dosage
The waterproofing agent is weighed according to the ratio of A:B:C = 80:20:5, and then the complex is diluted with clean water to an aqueous solution with a solid content of 1-3%, wherein component C needs to be stirred with about 20 times of dilution water at about 80 ℃ until it is completely dissolved, then added into dilution water according to the ratio, and finally added components A and B into dilution water according to the ratio, stir evenly. When in use, the water-repellent treatment is completed by dipping, spraying and brushing the treated material or substrate with diluent. Among them, when applied to textiles, it needs to be impregnated and rolled twice, then pre-baked at 100 ℃, and then dried at 150~180 ℃. In order to increase the effect, it is sometimes necessary to use 2D resin and water-soluble epoxy resin in combination. When used in the building materials industry, the treated substrate can be dried or dried naturally.

Precautions
Component B has a tendency to stratify during storage and should be used after fully shaking before use without affecting the use effect. The prepared diluent should be used up within 24 hours. If there is a pause in the process, it is better to simply stir before using it to ensure the uniformity of the system and the consistency of the waterproof effect.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 50kg,200kg barrels;
Storage: Avoid mixing with acid, alkali and salt substances during storage and transportation. The storage period is one year for components A and C and six months for component B at room temperature;
Transportation: non-toxic and non-dangerous goods shall be stored and transported.
