Performance characteristics
Polyether epoxy co-modified silicone oil is a new type of organic silicon material synthesized by connecting polyether macromolecules and alkylene oxide to the chain of polymethylsiloxane macromolecules. It is a new type of organic silicon surfactant. It has the advantages of polymethyl siloxane, epoxy alkane and polyether: the part of polymethyl siloxane makes the material have excellent smoothness and softness; low surface tension, ultraviolet radiation resistance; aging resistance; high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, etc. The epoxy alkane part makes the material have excellent epoxy active groups, which can be well combined with the active groups in the treated material, so that this product is firmly adsorbed on the surface of the treated object, enhancing its smooth effect and water resistance; polyether part provides good hydrophilicity, water absorption, antistatic and polar organic materials good compatibility. The combination of the three makes this product have good softness, smoothness, hydrophilicity, washability and long-lasting characteristics.

Use
1, the use of its soft smoothness, water absorption, used to deal with textiles, especially towels, sheets, underwear, etc., the fabric after treatment is soft, smooth, sweat-absorbent and breathable, comfortable to wear.
2, the use of its low surface tension and radiation resistance, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, can be used as a plastic greenhouse film in the addition of anti fogging agent, the production of plastic greenhouse film (no film) has a good anti fog, waterproof drip, good light transmittance.
3. Used as anti-static agent for fiber oil, plastic products and fabric fiber anti-sticking agent.
4, used as a defoamer, and some coating lubrication leveling agent.
5. Used as an emulsifier for methyl silicone oil.
6, many other uses.

Usage and dosage
Used as a softener generally accounts for 1% of the treatment liquid; other applications are selected between 0.1 and 5%.

Precautions
This product storage period is too long or mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity, this change on the use of softener effect will be better, the effect of other applications is little or worse, the specific effect should be determined according to the pioneer experiment.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
