Performance characteristics
This product is a polysiloxane emulsion containing active functional groups. It has excellent softness and smoothness. It can greatly enhance the water resistance, softness, anti-sticking and wet abrasion resistance of the leather on the basis of retaining the original permeability of the leather, making the leather itself more plump, smooth and delicate, comfortable and rich in silk. It not only improves the quality level of the leather, but also prolongs the service life of the leather by 2 to 3 times.

Usage and dosage
1. Reference formula

Note: ① When matching with protein bright, spray and fix with formaldehyde, acetic acid and other compounds.
② This line of anionic emulsion, matching use should pay attention to compatibility.

2. Operation process:
Use the above ratio to make the system uniform, and then spray it on the leather surface with a spray gun or shotcrete machine in two times. After the first spraying, dry naturally for 2~4h at room temperature or dry for 30min at 60 ℃ ± 10 ℃ in the drying room to obtain smooth and bright leather surface. The dosage of coating agent is 35~70g/㎡ (including 1.5~3g/㎡ of slip agent). When the brightness requirement is not high, this product can be used separately for smooth treatment, and only one spraying is needed for natural or drying in the drying room, spray amount 1.5~3g/㎡.

Precautions
In the process of storage or use should prevent contact with salts and other impurities, at the same time should strictly check the ion of the match, so as not to cause floating oil and stratification.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 50kg,200kg barrels;
Storage: Avoid mixing with acid, alkali and salt substances during storage and transportation, and the storage period shall be subject to the second half of the year at normal temperature;
Transportation: non-toxic and non-dangerous goods shall be stored and transported.
