Performance characteristics
Polyether modified silicone oil is a kind of silicone nonionic surfactant with unique properties, which is composed of polyether chain segment and polysiloxane chain segment with different properties. The hydrophilic polyether segment gives it water solubility and the hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane gives it a low surface tension. In the production of products, by changing the ratio of polyether EO and PO, changing the number of silicone oil chains and changing the end groups of polyether, various silicone surfactants with different properties can be obtained to meet the needs of various industries. Compared with traditional surfactants, silicone surfactants have the following characteristics:
1. Low surface tension.
2, good soft properties and antistatic properties.
3, good viscosity reduction and leveling, suitable for a variety of resin (polyurethane resin, paint resin, plastic resin, etc.) added, can be very good to improve the intermolecular stress of these resins, to overcome the shortcomings of the resin itself, to obtain new performance.
4, good lubricity, suitable for the production of high-grade cutting fluid.
Good demulsification, suitable for oil-water separation in some specific occasions.
This product is pure EO polyether modified polysiloxane, hydrophilic better. In addition, compared with polydimethylsiloxane, the present material is miscible with water in any ratio, miscible with polar organic solvents such as alcohols, DMF, ethers, esters, etc., and partially or completely miscible with non-polar solvents such as toluene and alkanes. Very convenient when used.

1. The leveling agent used for synthetic leather coating; make the synthetic coating have anti-adhesion, lubricity, wear resistance and improve its scratch resistance;
2. Used in the manufacture and processing of yarns and fibers to provide lubricity, thermal stability and antistatic properties.
3. The superfiber synthetic leather system is added to play the role of uniform foam.

Usage and dosage
The following addition amount is for reference only, the customer should determine the dosage according to their own experimental formula
For synthetic leather system, it is recommended to add 0.2-0.5% of the total mass of the system;

Precautions
1, avoid mixing acid and alkali substances, due to mixing acid and alkali substances and storage period is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity and even crosslinking.
2, avoid placed in high temperature environment, because the high temperature can make the material color deepened, viscosity increased.
3. There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. The barrel cover should be opened after the pressure is released slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, electrical equipment and fire source.
4, no collision, high throw.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, avoid contact with strong acid and alkali.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
