Performance characteristics
This product is polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane. Polyether-modified silicone oil is a kind of silicone nonionic surfactant with unique performance formed by graft copolymerization of polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. When making products, various silicone surfactants with different performance can be obtained by modifying the number of chain links of silicone oil or changing the ratio of polyether Eo to Po and changing the number of chain links and end groups to meet the needs of various industries. It has the functions of leveling, wetting, smoothness, bubble discharge, light enhancement, emulsification and softness. Is a high quality special surfactant.

Use
Used in addition to saturated polyester ink, coating system, can improve the resin leveling, reduce shrinkage and pinhole phenomenon, and can improve the coating surface feel and gloss.

Usage and dosage
The addition amount in the coating ink is 0.2-0.5, and it is generally diluted 10 times with solvent in advance, and then it can be conveniently added to the system.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. For a long time at a high temperature above 160 degrees Celsius or mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity and even crosslinking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
