Performance characteristics
This product is a polyether and polydimethylsiloxane graft copolymerization of a unique performance of silicone nonionic surfactants, in the production of products, through the transformation of silicone oil chain number or change the ratio of polyether EO and PO and change its chain number and end groups can be obtained with different performance of a variety of silicone surfactants to meet the needs of a variety of industries. Compared with traditional surfactants, silicone surfactants have the following characteristics: smooth, anti-sticking, brightening, wetting, and low surface tension. With ink, paint, PU slurry has good compatibility.

1, used as a polyurethane slurry leveling agent, can reduce the internal friction of its molecules, stress, so as to play the role of leveling, slip.

Usage and dosage
The following addition amount is for reference only, the customer should determine the dosage according to their own experimental formula
1. When used as a leveling agent, it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total mass of the system;
2. When used as textile oil, it is recommended to add 1-5% of the total mass of oil;
3. For other applications, the recommended addition amount is 0.1 ~ 10% of the total mass of the system.

Precautions
High temperature or mixed with acid and alkali substances and storage period is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity and even cross-linking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
