Performance characteristics
Polyether modified silicone oil is a kind of unique performance silicone nonionic surfactant, which is grafted with polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. Compared with traditional surfactants, silicone surfactants have the following characteristics:
1. Low surface tension.
2, good soft properties and antistatic properties.
3, good viscosity reduction and leveling, suitable for a variety of resin (polyurethane resin, paint resin, plastic resin, etc.) added, can be very good to improve the intermolecular stress of these resins, to overcome the shortcomings of the resin itself, to obtain new performance.
4, good lubricity, suitable for the production of high-grade cutting fluid.
Good demulsification, suitable for oil-water separation in some specific occasions.
In addition, compared with polydimethylsiloxane, the present material is miscible with water in any ratio, miscible with polar organic solvents such as alcohols, DMF, ethers, esters, etc., and partially or completely miscible with non-polar solvents such as toluene and alkanes. Very convenient when used.

Use
1, used as a fabric finishing agent: play a soft role, especially suitable for underwear, sheets, towels and other finishing, not only soft, but also absorbent sweat, comfortable to wear.
2, used as a leveling agent for paint and polyurethane slurry, which can reduce the internal friction and stress of its molecules, so as to play the role of leveling, softening and brightening.
3, for the production of efficient cutting fluid, high-grade cleaning agent.
4, is the preparation of self-emulsification defoaming agent and oil refining industry delayed coking defoaming agent key ingredients.
5, automotive supplies moisturizing, smoothing, brightening role.

Usage and dosage
1. When used as leveling agent, the addition amount of the system is 0.1-1%,
2, when used as a softener, the content in the padding liquid or impregnation liquid is 1-5%;
3. For other applications, the addition amount should be selected between 0.1 and 10% or determined through pioneer experiments.

Precautions
High temperature or mixed with acid and alkali substances and storage period is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity and even cross-linking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
