Performance characteristics
Polyether modified silicone oil is a kind of unique performance of silicone nonionic surfactant, which is made by grafting copolymerization of polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. Silicone chain segment has lipophilic, provides strong hydrophobicity and permeability, has good electrical insulation, anti-aging performance, etc., polyether chain segment has hydrophilicity and good water solubility and surface activity. In the production of products, by changing the number of silicone oil chain links or changing the ratio of polyether EO and PO and changing the number of chain links and end groups, various silicone surfactants with different properties can be obtained to meet the needs of various industries. Compared with traditional surfactants, silicone surfactants have the following characteristics:
1. Low surface tension.
2, good soft properties and antistatic properties.
3, good viscosity reduction and leveling, suitable for a variety of resin (polyurethane resin, paint resin, plastic resin, etc.) added, can be very good to improve the intermolecular stress of these resins, to overcome the shortcomings of the resin itself, to obtain new performance.
4, good lubricity, suitable for the production of high-grade cutting fluid.
Good demulsification, suitable for oil-water separation in some specific occasions.
In addition, compared with polydimethylsiloxane, the present material is miscible with water in any ratio, miscible with polar organic solvents such as alcohols, DMF, ethers, esters, etc., and partially or completely miscible with non-polar solvents such as toluene and alkanes. Very convenient when used.

Use
1, suitable for water-based ink, water-based paint foam control agent. And it can reduce the surface tension of the system and eliminate the surface tension increase caused by other defoamers.
2, used as paint and polyurethane slurry leveling agent, wetting and dispersing agent, can reduce the internal friction of its molecules, stress, so as to play the role of leveling, defoaming.
3. It is the key ingredient in the preparation of self-emulsifying defoamer.

Usage and dosage
It is determined between 0.1 and 10% by reference to the selected addition amount or by pioneer experiments.

Precautions
High temperature or mixed with acid and alkali substances and storage period is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity and even cross-linking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packaging: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrels and 200kg barrels.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
