Performance characteristics
MSD9115 is a kind of hydrophilic polyether modified polysiloxane. This product has the functions of leveling, viscosity reduction, bubble discharge, wetting, emulsifying, softening and slip. It is an excellent special surfactant.

Technical indicators

Use
1. It is used for Pu resin, which can trap water accidentally introduced into the coated resin, avoid quality defects of Pu leather caused by improper reaction, improve resin leveling, reduce shrinkage cavity and pinhole phenomenon, improve hand feeling and luster of the leather surface, increase abrasion resistance of the fabric, and have anti-adhesion and release effect.
2. It can be used in conjunction with a variety of surfactants to increase the anti-foaming effect of emulsifiers or defoaming agents.

Usage and dosage
1. Add 1 ~ 10% to the recommend system when used as emulsifier or defoaming additive;
2, for the resin waterproof with the addition amount of 0.2-0.5, generally in advance it is diluted with solvent 10 times, and then can be easily added to the system.
3. For other applications, the addition amount should be selected between 0.1 and 10% or determined through pioneer experiments.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. The storage period should not be more than 5 months, long time at 160 degrees Celsius above high temperature or mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity and even cross-linking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
