Performance characteristics
SI-C type polyurethane rigid foam stabilizer is a non-hydrolytic foam stabilizer prepared by the addition reaction of polyoxyalkylene and polysiloxane, and is a modified polysiloxane. This product is added to the polyurethane foaming process, which can be well integrated with other components of polyurethane, so that the foam is uniform and stable. It is one of the indispensable and irreplaceable key components in the polyester foaming process. This product is light yellow, easy to flow transparent uniform oil.

Use
This product is used as a foam stabilizer in the foaming process of polyurethane rigid foam materials. It is mainly used for the production of polyurethane rigid foam materials for various thermal insulation projects (refrigerators, houses and various pipeline thermal insulation and cold storage thermal insulation projects) and various packaging. The addition amount used in Pu hard foam generally accounts for 2-3% of the system, and the polyol system dissolved in the combination material in advance is stirred evenly for standby.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. It is forbidden to open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. This product is generally not suitable for soft foam unless special circumstances.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
