Performance characteristics
This product is a polyether modified polyorganosiloxane material, with a smooth, anti-sticking, brightening, wetting, low surface tension characteristics. With ink, paint, PU slurry has good compatibility. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of the system, improve its flow and leveling, increase the lubrication and gloss of the coating film, and has the function of discharging foam and effective foam.

Usage and dosage
It is used for coating system with an addition amount of 0.1~0.5% and PU slurry with an addition amount of 0.2 ~ 1%, which can be directly added in the coating. Generally, PU slurry is diluted 10 times with DMF first, and then added into the slurry to stir well.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. It is forbidden to open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. This product storage time is too long viscosity has a tendency to become larger, generally does not affect the use, 200 ℃ high temperature for a long time there is a tendency to increase viscosity or crosslinking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
