This product is a new type of material specially used as defoamer, which is synthesized by polymethyl siloxane through a unique process and a variety of chemical groups. It is a broad-spectrum and efficient defoamer. This product has a strong bubble-breaking effect, rapid defoaming, anti-bubble lasting. This product scientifically introduces a variety of surfactants, which is suitable for defoaming in water system and oil system; it can be used for defoaming in high temperature system and defoaming at normal temperature; it has moderate acid and alkali resistance and has a wide range of applications. And this product is used for oil system and water system defoaming can be directly added to use, without separate emulsification, the use is very convenient. This product is used when the amount is small, the use of low cost.

It is used for defoaming of oil phase materials, such as defoaming in the production process of artificial leather; defoaming and anti-foaming of various oils, paints, lubricants and other materials in the process of manufacturing and using; defoaming between organic materials and another organic material in the process of mixing and stirring.

Usage and dosage
This product does not contain water and solvents, is 100 percent of the active ingredients. When using this product, it is recommended to use the solvent in the foaming system (water for water system, solvent for oil system, and oil component with the most water viscosity in the system without solvent) as dispersant to disperse the defoamer, and then use it for defoaming of the system. In order to disperse well, the defoamer should be mixed with the same amount of solvent during operation, and stirred until uniform, then the same amount of solvent should be stirred and mixed until uniform, diluted until the content of defoamer is 5%, and then the diluted defoamer solution is added to the defoaming system. Under normal circumstances, the minimum usage of this product is 10ppm, that is, adding one hundred thousandth of this product to the foaming system has defoaming effect. When the dosage is increased, the effect is better.

Precautions
Do not add the defoaming agent directly into the liquid to be defoamed without the above dispersion process, which will lead to uneven dispersion of the defoaming agent and affect the defoaming effect.
