Performance characteristics
MSD5012 is a modified silicone material dedicated to the release of polyurethane elastomer products. This product has good smoothness, isolation, high and low temperature resistance, no corrosion to the mold, convenient demoulding, many times, good effect; high dilution ratio, low use cost.

Usage and dosage
This product is used for polyurethane elastomer demoulding, first add dichloromethane (or toluene, xylene, gasoline, 120# solvent oil and other organic solvents) dilution, and then the diluted product evenly spray or brush on the mold can be. The dilution ratio varies depending on the material, size, processing temperature, technical requirements, process conditions, etc. of the processed polyurethane products, generally 20-30 times, which should be determined after the test.

Precautions
Storage time is too long, there is a tendency to increase viscosity, avoid exposure to air.
