Performance characteristics
This product is a silicone material made by the polymerization of siloxane monomers with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecules. Its structural formula is as follows:
HOSi(CH3)2 O[Si(CH3)2O]nSi(CH3)2OH
The chemical name is αω,-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, and it is customary to call hydroxyl silicone oil with a viscosity of more than 2500mpa.S 107 silicone rubber. In addition to the general properties of methyl silicone oil, this product also has the reactivity of hydroxyl groups. It can be made into some new materials or crosslinked into elastomers (or films).
This product is a colorless transparent liquid, with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, can be used for a long time under the condition of -50 ℃ ~ +250 ℃, low viscosity temperature coefficient, high compression rate, low surface tension, good moisture resistance, chemical inertness, physiological inertness.

Use
This product can be used in different industries according to different hydroxyl content and viscosity.
1. The products with medium and high viscosity are used as the base glue of the paper anti-sticking agent, and the cured film has a good anti-sticking effect. Such as label backing paper, asphalt wrapping paper, sealing paper tape backing paper, decoration paper backing paper, etc.
2, used in the power electrical industry, as the main component of the insulating paint or as a component of the insulator.
3, used as a condensation type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber base glue and dilution material, such as sealant and mold glue base material.
4, instead of dimethyl silicone oil, and easy to emulsify.
5, small molecule hydroxyl silicone oil (15 ~ 30CP, hydroxyl content of about 8%) is an excellent structure control agent for silicone rubber, using it instead of diphenyl dihydroxy silane not only simplifies the processing of silicone rubber, improve the processing performance (eliminating heat treatment), but also increases the transparency of products, improve the working conditions.

Usage and dosage
Generally, it is used with curing agent to achieve crosslinking and curing. When it is used in anti-adhesive paper, it must be fixed with coupling agent. Generally, the dosage of curing agent accounts for 3-5% of the base adhesive and the coupling agent accounts for 0.5-1% of the base adhesive. In most cases, the base adhesive is diluted 10 times with solvent, then the curing agent and coupling agent are added, stirred evenly, and then coated on the surface of the substrate, and cured at normal temperature or by heating. It takes more than 30 minutes at room temperature and 30 seconds for heating to 120~150°C. Used for sealant and mold gum base without solvent. Stir after adding curing agent (one-component and two-component curing agent is not the same), defoaming 30 to 120 minutes after curing.

Precautions
It cannot be mixed with acid-base substances, alkoxysilanes and water vapor at high temperatures, otherwise there is a tendency to cure and viscosity changes.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 25kg, 50kg, 200kg barrels;
Storage: This product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, not in contact with strong acid and strong alkali substances;
Transportation: non-toxic and non-dangerous goods shall be stored and transported.
