Performance characteristics
Alkyl silicone oil is a new material produced by replacing part of the methyl groups of traditional polydimethylsiloxane with alkane-based materials and grafting modification. Its molecular structure is:(CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(R)(CH3)SiO]nSi(CH3)3
wherein R is an alkane group having more than 12 carbon atoms. Compared with the traditional dimethyl silicone oil, this product in addition to the general properties of silicone oil (such as high and low temperature resistance, lubricity, excellent flexibility, etc.), but also has many new functions, specifically in:
1. It has better smoothness and wear resistance, and can adapt to users to make more lubricated products, so as to be used in more lubricated parts, such as the production of textile additives, lubricants, greases, etc;
2. It has better compatibility with other oils. And this product and other oil compatible with the use of the production of products, its stability is significantly better than the use of dimethyl silicone oil;
3. When using this product as a release agent and an isolation agent, the finished product that comes out generally does not need to clean the surface to print, paint and bond on the surface of the product, while the traditional dimethyl silicone oil generally needs to be washed off before printing and bonding;
4, because of the product and organic material compatibility, it can be used as rubber, plastic, synthetic resin, such as internal release agent, compared with dimethyl silicone oil, more suitable for several kinds of oil or solid organic material internal dispersant, such as pigment dispersion;
5, this product has a very good moisturizing, smooth, prevent dry function, it is particularly suitable for the production of high-grade skin care products.

Technical indicators

Use
1, cosmetics: as a shampoo, cream lubricant;
2, release agent: as a metal release and rubber release agent role, especially suitable for polyurethane products release, can also be added to the plastic, synthetic resin and other materials as an internal release agent;
3, as a high-grade lubricating oil, grease or its main components;
4, paint, coating defoaming agent, wetting dispersant;
5. As a dispersant for pigments and other additives;
6, other unfinished and to be developed applications.

Usage and dosage
According to different application industries as additives, the dosage is selected between 0.2 and 5%. When used as an external release agent, it is generally emulsified or diluted to a concentration of 2.5 to 10% and sprayed or brushed onto the surface of the mold.

Precautions
Storage time is too long, there is a tendency to become larger viscosity, avoid contact with strong acid, strong alkali substances, this product is a series of products, due to the number of different grafting materials and the difference is large, it should pay attention to the correct selection

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packing: This product is packed in 50kg, 200kg barrels;
Storage: This product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, not in contact with strong acid and strong alkali substances;
Transportation: non-toxic and non-dangerous goods shall be stored and transported.
