MSD-9115 is a kind of hydrophilic polyether modified polysiloxane. This product has the functions of leveling, viscosity reduction, bubble discharge, wetting, emulsifying, softening and slip. It is an excellent special surfactant.

Use
Used for Pu resin, it has the ability to capture the water introduced accidentally in the coated resin, avoid the quality defects of Pu leather caused by improper reaction, improve the resin leveling, reduce the shrinkage and pinhole phenomenon, improve the surface feel and gloss of the leather, increase the wear resistance of the fabric, and have the effect of preventing adhesion and releasing.

Usage and dosage
The addition amount for waterproofing in the resin is 0.2-0.5%, and it is generally diluted 10 times with solvent in advance, and then it can be conveniently added to the system.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. At high temperature for a long time or mixed with acid and alkali substances, the viscosity increases and even the tendency of crosslinking.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
3. Transportation: This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
