Performance characteristics
MSD-920 is a kind of trisiloxane surfactant, with its unique "umbrella" structure adsorbed on the air/water interface, with lower surface tension. Trisiloxane surfactants can reduce the interfacial tension of the oil-water interface; at the same time, they can also wet and expand on low-energy hydrophobic surfaces, which is called "super wettability" or "super spreadability".
Technical indicatorsAppearance
Colorless or light yellow transparent liquid
Viscosity (25 ℃,CP)

non-ionic type
Use
1. In transfer coatings, it is a super wetting agent.
2. Adding in the top coating can make the coating wet the release paper to obtain a perfect relief-like replica. In aqueous coatings, crater formation can be prevented when the substrate has a low surface tension.
usage and dosage
As a wetting and dispersing agent for various system ink coatings, the recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total.
Precautions
1, mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity, the overall flow of the product will not affect the use effect, on the contrary, there is a tendency to improve the use effect.
2. DY-ET200 polyether modified silicone oil is stable in neutral (PH = 7) aqueous formulations, it will hydrolyze quickly in acidic and alkaline formulations. Formulations for new products should be fully tested for performance and shelf stability before being put on the market.
Packaging, storage and transportation
This product is non-dangerous goods, with 25kg, 50kg plastic barrels or 200kg barrels packaging, sealed at room temperature shelf life of one year.
