Use
1. In transfer coatings, it is a super wetting agent.
2. Adding in the top coating can make the coating wet the release paper to obtain a perfect relief-like replica.
3. In water-based coatings, when the substrate has a low surface tension, crater formation can be prevented.
Usage and dosage
As a wetting and dispersing agent for various system ink coatings, the recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total.
Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking.
