Product Application

This product can be directly used in non-aqueous foaming system, and can also be used in aqueous foaming system after emulsification with other silicone products. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, textile, printing and dyeing, paper and other industries. The defoaming agent compounded with this product has better defoaming and anti-foaming effect than the simple silicone defoaming agent.

Usage and dosage
When used as emulsifier or additive, 0.5 ~ 3% is added to the recommend system, which can be used in conjunction with various surfactants. When 0.05~0.1 is added to the non-aqueous system, when used to compound the water-based defoamer, the addition amount of this product accounts for 5-10 of the effective content of the defoamer, and the specific dosage shall be determined through tests.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. For a long time at a high temperature above 160 degrees Celsius or mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity and even crosslinking.

1. Packing: This product is packed in 50kg plastic barrel and 200 kg barrel.
2. Storage: prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30 ℃; it should be stored separately, away from chemical products such as oxides; it should be stored in ventilation.
