Performance characteristics
MSD-151D is a kind of polyether modified silicone oil, which not only has various advantages of traditional polysiloxane: such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, low surface tension, but also has water solubility or lipophilicity brought by grafted polyether. With excellent defoaming function, both leveling, wetting, dispersing function. It is an excellent special surfactant.

Usage and dosage
1. The recommended addition amount in ultra-fiber leather is 0.1-1%;
2. When used as emulsifier or additive, 0.5 ~ 3% is added to the recommend system, which can be used in conjunction with various surfactants. When preparing defoaming agent, it can be used alone in non-aqueous system or emulsified in aqueous system.

Precautions
There may be pressure in the package. It is forbidden to open it suddenly. Open the lid after releasing the pressure slowly. It is forbidden to face the staff, the electrical equipment and the fire source. Can not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkaline substances, its PH = 5 under the system is more stable, otherwise easy to produce free hydrogen lead to explosion. Adequate ventilation and exhaust equipment should be used to avoid eye contact, not taken internally, good industrial hygiene measures should be implemented, and please clean after operation, especially before eating and smoking. For a long time at a high temperature above 160 degrees Celsius or mixed with acid and alkali substances have a tendency to increase viscosity and even crosslinking.
